INDOFEST PHOTO COMPETITION IS OPEN! Event ini diselenggarakan oleh PPI Nottingham, Inggris untuk acara tahunan kami, Nottingham Indonesian Festival. Berikut keterangan untuk lomba fotografi :

Have your seen beauty through your eyes? Join our photo competition and get a chance to have your photos displayed during the festival.

WHO MAY ENTER : This contest is open to Indonesians and non-Indonesians. Amateur photographers only

THEME : Indonesia’s People / Place/ Nature (choose one theme for each photo)

RULES :

Only one entry per category per person. Each entry must be provided with photo caption and photographer’s name.

Photographs must be in digital format. All digital files must be 15 MB or smaller, must be in JPEG or JPG format. Photo resolution is A4-sized (portrait) or landscape.

Please do not digitally enhance or alter your photographs. Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction and cropping is acceptable. Black and white photo is allowed. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched panoramas are NOT acceptable. No filter usage is allowed, including filter from software apps. Fish eye lenses are NOT allowed.

Watermarks are not acceptable.

The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.

The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content that might raise any ethical issues.

All entries will be judged in accordance to the judging criteria as listed here. Winners will be decided based on highest accumulated points.

There will be 3 best photos picked as the winners. The winner will be contacted by the committee and receive a certificate.

All entries will be displayed at the 2014 Indofest Photo Exhibition in Nottingham, United Kingdom in 7th June 2014.
